General Provisions
1. The Privacy Policy defines the rules for the processing and protection of personal data of users and Customers (including potential customers) using the online store available at the following address: www.ecocatscollection.com, hereinafter referred to as the Store. The document also defines the rules for the use of cookies.
2. The Store's Privacy Policy is for informational purposes only.
3. The administrator of the personal data of Store users, within the meaning of the Act of 29 August 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883, as amended), hereinafter referred to as u.o.d.o., is

hereinafter referred to as the Administrator and being both the Online Store Service Provider and the Seller.
4. The user's personal data are processed in accordance with u.o.d. and the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of services by electronic means (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204, as amended).
5. The Administrator makes every effort to protect the interests of the persons whose data is collected, and in particular ensures that such data is processed in accordance with the law, including in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the Act on the provision of services by electronic means. Personal data are collected by the Administrator for defined, lawful purposes and are not subject to further processing incompatible with these purposes. The Administrator declares that the data collected by him is stored in a form which allows for the identification of the persons to whom they relate, no longer than is necessary to achieve the given purpose of processing.
6. The purpose of the Privacy Policy is to define the actions taken by the Administrator with respect to personal data collected through the Online Store and the services and tools associated with the Online Store, used by Customers to perform activities such as creating an Account, placing an Order, and performing other types of activities within the Online Store.
7. The Customer who uses the services and tools made available within the Online Store confirms that he or she has read the provisions of the Privacy Policy and the Regulations of the Online Store, and consents to the use of his or her personal data in accordance with the Regulations of the Online Store and the Privacy Policy (for this purpose, the Customer selects the appropriate checkboxes following the messages appearing on the Online Store website).
8. All data collected by the Administrator is protected using reasonable technical and organizational measures and security procedures to protect it against unauthorized access or unauthorized use.
9. The Store Administrator has exclusive access to the data under the terms specified in the Regulations and the Privacy Policy. Access to the Customer's personal data may also be entrusted to other entities, e.g., through which the Customer makes payments, which collect, process, and store personal data in accordance with their regulations and privacy policies. Access to the Customer's personal data is granted to these entities to the extent necessary and only to the extent necessary to ensure the proper provision of services.
10. All words and phrases appearing in the Privacy Policy beginning with a capital letter (e.g., Seller, Online Store, Customer, Order) should be understood in accordance with the definitions contained in the Online Store Regulations available on the Online Store website.

Collection, acquisition, scope, and purpose of personal data collection>
1. The Administrator obtains information about users, among other things, by collecting server logs via the hosting provider.
2. The Administrator informs that in connection with the possibility of registering in the Online Store and creating an Account, Customers creating an Account in the Online Store may be required to provide certain data, such as an email address, login, and password. Providing the data specified during the registration process is necessary to create an Account, and the remaining data may be provided additionally.
3. The Administrator may store information within the Online Store, e.g., personal data necessary to enable contact with the Customer, send messages, or related to payments.
4. The Administrator may collect personal data within the Online Store of Customers and potential Customers who contact the Administrator as part of customer service, and such personal data is necessaryto fulfill a given Customer request and contact them to provide a response. Contact will also be possible using the data provided for this purpose in the Customer Account.
5. The Administrator processes the personal data of Customers necessary for the proper implementation of the services available in the Online Store and is entitled to use the data collected and stored within the Online Store for the following purposes:
a) placing an order in the Online Store,
b) concluding and implementing a Sales Agreement or an Agreement for the Provision of Electronic Services,
c) direct marketing of own products or services,
d) ensuring full user service, including setting up and managing user accounts, solving technical problems and providing appropriate functions,
e) adapting the offer and user experience, including advertisements, in the Store's properties,
f) monitoring the activity of all and specific users,
g) contacting users, in particular for purposes related to the provision of services, user support, permitted marketing and advertising activities,
h) conducting research and analyses to improve the operation of available services,
i) enforcing compliance with the Online Store's Terms and Conditions,
j) assessing certain personal factors of the Customer.
6. The Administrator is authorized to store data collected and tracked in the Online Store solely for the purposes specified above.
7. The Administrator reserves the right to filter and block messages sent through the internal messaging system, particularly if they are spam, contain prohibited content, or otherwise threaten the security of the Online Store's users.
8. The Administrator is authorized to automatically collect and record data transferred to the server by web browsers or Customer devices, e.g., IP address, software and hardware parameters, pages viewed, mobile device identification number, and other data regarding devices and system use. The above information will be collected when using the Online Store.
9. The Administrator collects, processes, and stores the following Customer data:
a) e-mail address,
b) first and last name,
c) company name (in the case of Customers who are not consumers),
d) Tax Identification Number (NIP) (in the case of Customers who are not consumers),
e) delivery address (street, house number, apartment number, postal code, city, country),
f) address of residence/business/registered office (if different from the delivery address),
g) telephone number.
10. The Seller declares that providing data by the Customer, in the scope indicated above, is voluntary. However, their provision may be necessary for the conclusion and performance of the Sales Agreement or the Agreement for the Provision of Electronic Services in the Online Store. The scope of data required to conclude the agreement is previously indicated on the Online Store website and in the Online Store Terms and Conditions.
11. Examples of recipients of personal data of Online Store Customers:
a) in the case of a Customer who uses the postal or courier delivery method in the Online Store, the Administrator entrusts the collected personal data of the Customer to a selected carrier or intermediary carrying out shipments on behalf of the Administrator,
b) in the case of a Customer who uses the electronic payment method or payment card in the Online Store, the Administrator entrusts the collected personal data of the Customer to a selected entity handling electronic payments in the Online Store.
12. The Administrator may share anonymized data with other entities, including partners of the Online Store, in order to recognize the attractiveness of advertisements and services for Customers, improve the quality and effectiveness of services provided by the Online Store or the aforementioned entities, or participate in scientific research.
13. The Administrator informs Users that it entrusts the processing of personal data to the following entities:
a) , NIP (Tax Identification Number), KRS (National Court Register): - in order to store personal data on the server on which the store is installed,
b) PayU S.A. with its registered office in Poznań (ul. Grunwaldzka 182, 60-166 Poznań), KRS: 0000274399, NIP: 7792308495, and in order to enable electronic payments for ordered Goods,

Cookie Policy and Operational Data
1. The Administrator automatically collects information contained in cookies in order to collect data related to the use of the Online Store by the Customer. Cookies are small pieces of text that a website sends to the user's browser and which the browser sends back upon subsequent visits to the website.website. They are mainly used to maintain the session, e.g. by generating and sending back a temporary identifier after logging in.
2. The Administrator uses "session" cookies, which are stored on the Customer's end device until they log out, close the website, or close the web browser, and "persistent" cookies, which are stored on the Customer's end device for the time specified in the cookie parameters or until they are deleted by the Customer.
3. The Service Administrator uses external cookies for the following purposes:
a) collecting general and anonymous static data via analytical tools: Google Analytics (the cookie administrator is Google Inc., based in the United States),
b) using interactive functions to popularize the Store using the social networking site www.facebook.com (the cookie administrator is Facebook Inc., based in the United States, or Facebook Ireland, based in Ireland).

10. Cookies customize and optimize the Online Store and its offerings to the needs of Customers through activities such as creating statistics on Online Store views and ensuring the security of its users. Cookies are also necessary to maintain the Customer's session after they leave the Online Store.
11. The Customer may change cookie settings at any time using their web browser, including blocking the ability to collect cookies.
12. Blocking the collection of cookies or making other changes to cookie settings on the Customer's device may hinder or prevent the use of the Online Store's services and tools, including the ability to place an Order.
13. A Customer who does not wish to use cookies for the purposes described above may delete them manually at any time. To read detailed instructions, please visit the website of the manufacturer of the web browser the Customer is currently using. More information about cookies is available in the help menu of each web browser. Examples of web browsers that support these cookies include Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, and Opera.
14. Information about certain user behavior is subject to logging in the server layer. This data is used solely for the purpose of administering the website and to ensure the efficient operation of the hosting services provided. This data is not associated with specific individuals browsing the pages.
15. The Administrator may enable external entities, such as advertising providers or analytical solution providers, to collect information using the above technologies directly on the Online Store's website. Data collected in this way is subject to the privacy policies developed by these entities.
16. Some third parties operating within the Online Store allow users to withdraw their consent to the collection and use of data for advertising based on Customer activity. Rights and obligations of the Administrator and users
1. The Administrator has the right, and is legally obligated, to provide selected or all information regarding Customers of the Online Store to public authorities or third parties that submit such a request for information under applicable Polish law.
2. The Administrator does not entrust data processing and does not make the collected personal data of Customers available to unrelated entities without the consent of the interested parties, unless the following circumstances occur:
a) The Administrator may use the support of external entities to provide the services it provides, however, these entities are not authorized to independently use personal data processed on behalf of the Online Store, and anyTheir activities are subject to the provisions of the Online Store's Privacy Policy,
b) The Administrator reserves the right to share data with public authorities in conducting proceedings regarding possible violations of the law or in combating possible violations of the Online Store's Terms and Conditions.
3. The Customer/user has the right to access their personal data collected by the Administrator at any time. This right includes the possibility of verification, modification, supplementation, deletion, restriction of data processing, objection to processing, transfer of data, cessation of processing of the Customer's personal data, as well as the right to withdraw consent to data processing for a specific purpose, if the Customer has previously given such consent, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. These rights are granted without giving a reason.
4. By accepting the declarations proposed by the Administrator contained in interactive forms available on the Store's website, including the registration form and contact form, the Customer/user consents to the processing of personal data for the purposes of providing services.
5. By accepting optional declarations proposed in the forms, the Customer/User may consent to additional purposes of processing their personal data.
6. Customers who have registered in the Online Store have the right to view, edit, and delete the data they provide. The Customer warrants that the data they provide or publish in the Online Store is accurate.
7. Voluntarily granted consent to receive commercial information may be withdrawn at any time at the Customer/User's request submitted via email. Within 48 hours of receiving the declaration of withdrawal of consent, the Administrator deletes the Customer/User's data from the contact database used to transmit commercial information electronically.
8. In order to exercise their rights, the Customer may at any time send an appropriate declaration of intent to the Administrator's registered office address or via email.
9. Removal of personal data or cessation of their processing by the Administrator may result in the inability to provide services provided via the Online Store or limit the possibility of using the Online Store's functionalities.

GDPR INFORMATION CLAUSE

Pursuant to Article 13 paragraphs 1 and 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as: GDPR), I hereby inform you that:

  1. The Controller of your personal data is ECO CATS COLLECTION Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Czechowice – Dziedzice (43 – 502) at ul. Ligocka 50, with the Tax Identification Number (NIP) 6521747271, operating an online store called: shop (hereinafter referred to as the online store).

  1. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of concluding and implementing the contract and archiving the data provided pursuant to Article 6(1) of the GDPR. Your data will also be processed for direct marketing purposes and to collect data regarding purchases in the online store, and in the case of creating a customer account, also to enable the use of customer account functions (including logging in, storing customer data, correspondence details, and payment methods).
  2. The recipients of your personal data will be: the online store, an external accounting office, postal operators and courier companies, external online payment operators, and other entities provided for by law.
  3. Your personal data will not be transferred to an international organization. Your personal data may be transferred to a third country when the performance of the contract requires it, in accordance with the principles set out in the GDPR. Data may be transferred to a third country if the products covered by the contract are to be delivered to a given third country.
  4. Your personal data will be stored, in particular, for the period of order fulfillment and archiving, and in the event of withdrawal of consent to data processing – until the date of submission of the declaration of withdrawal. Data stored in the customer account will be processed until consent to their processing is withdrawn.
    Withdrawal of consent also means permanent deletion of the account from the online store.
  5. You have the right to access your personal data at any time and the right to rectify it,deletion, restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to object to data processing, and the right to withdraw consent to data processing at any time.
  6. The Data Controller hereby informs that it intends to automate the processing of personal data and profile you in order to better tailor the quality of services. The online store is linked to the Google Analytics analytical tool provided by Google LLC. The Controller may also store and use anonymized data on the activity of online store users to improve the operation of the website and the online ordering process.
    For this purpose, the data controller may use cookies.
  7. If you believe that the processing of your data violates the provisions of the GDPR,
    you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection (GIODO).
  8. Providing your personal data is voluntary, but necessary
    to place an order and have it fulfilled by the online store.

 

Changes to the Privacy Policy 1. The Online Store's offer will be expanded in the future. This means that the Controller will be obligated or authorized to make changes to the Privacy Policy.
2. New versions of the Privacy Policy will appear on the Online Store's website along with an appropriate message.
3. Each change to the Privacy Policy will be effective from the date of notification of its change by posting it on the Online Store's website. Any changes will be appropriately highlighted for a period of 14 days from the date the changes are implemented in the Privacy Policy.
