Thank you for choosing the PRASKA brand. Below you will find the most important information regarding order processing, waiting times, and available delivery methods in Poland and worldwide.
🕒 Order Processing Time
Standard processing time: from 24 hours to 10 business days
The exact processing time depends on the product type. We prepare each piece individually, with the utmost care, especially for you.
❓ Why is it worth waiting for a PRASKA product?
At PRASKA, we do not stock finished products, we do not import them, and we do not use mass-produced, ready-made solutions.
✅ We sew and hand-paint every order from scratch in our workshop in Poland.
✅ Each product is individually prepared. Our offer includes over 420 products, each of which is made to order.
✅ If we wanted to produce all possible variants "in stock," we would need a warehouse the size of several Olympic stadiums and about 490 years of work.
It is the individual order that makes the PRASKA product unique and created with passion, precision, and full commitment - exclusively for you and your little friend.

POLAND
DPD, InPost, DHL courier: 1-2 business days
InPost parcel lockers: not available for most products due to their size.
EUROPEAN UNION
DPD, DHL courier: 3-7 business days
Polish Post (shipment Economy: up to 16 business days
EUROPEAN COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EU
Polish Post (Economy): up to 1 month
Polish Post (Priority): up to 21 days
OUTSIDE EUROPE (Great Britain, Canada and other countries)
Priority: up to 21 business days
We have also launched delivery to the USA via FedEx courier
Priority: up to 14 business days
💰 Shipping costs and customs fees
The shipping cost depends on the destination country, the weight of the shipment and the value of the order.
For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or Other local fees may apply in accordance with the recipient's country's regulations. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
For shipments to the USA via FedEx, all customs duties and additional costs are included in the shipping price.
