RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS
RETURN OF GOODS
In accordance with applicable law, you have 14 days to return goods. To withdraw from the contract and return a product purchased from us, complete the required declaration and send it to our address along with the returned product. Include all accessories you received with the package.
1. Complete the returns form (download the returns form) and attach it to the shipment. The document should include the following information: name and surname, email address or mailing address, phone number, product number and reason for return, date of purchase.
2. Return the product to the following address:

The return shipping costs are covered by the Consumer.
Remember that the right to withdraw from a distance contract is not granted to the consumer, among others, in the following cases: in relation to the contract:
- where the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or intended to meet their individual needs,
- where the subject of the service is an item delivered in a sealed package, which cannot be returned after opening the package for health protection or hygiene reasons, if the package was opened after delivery,
COMPLAINTS
If you are a Consumer, if the goods purchased from us prove to be defective, you have the right to make a complaint based on the warranty. It is best to submit a complaint to the following email address: office@praska.shop
The goods under complaint should be sent to the following address: Eco Cats Collection sp. z o.o. 43-502 Czechowice-Dziedzice ul. Ligocka 50
Due to a defect, you may request:
- replacement of the item with a defect-free one,
- removal of the defect,
QUTLET products are not subject to Complaints.
Complaints will be considered within 30 days of receiving your complaint.
