Thank you for choosing PRASKA. Here is what you need to know about lead times and delivery, in the UK and worldwide.
Standard lead time: 24 hours to 10 working days. The exact time depends on the product - every piece is made individually, with full care, specifically for you.
Why is it worth the wait?
We don't stock ready-made products, import them, or rely on mass production.
- Every order is sewn and finished by hand in our workshop in Poland.
- Every piece is made individually. Our range includes around 400 products, each one made to order.
- If we tried to keep every possible variant in stock, we would need a warehouse the size of several Olympic stadiums and around 490 years of work.
That individual approach is why every PRASKA piece is made with care, precision and full attention, just for you and your cat.

Delivery costs and customs
Delivery cost depends on the destination country, parcel weight and order value.
For delivery outside the EU, including the UK, the price and delivery cost do not include customs duties or import taxes. Customs or the courier may charge them in the destination country, usually when the parcel arrives. Rules, thresholds and amounts depend on that country's regulations, so we cannot give you a figure in advance. You will also see a note in your order summary.
