Thank you for choosing PRASKA. Here's what you need to know about processing times and shipping, in the US and worldwide.
Standard processing time: 24 hours to 10 business days. The exact time depends on the product. Every piece is made individually, with full care, specifically for you.
Why is it worth the wait?
We don't stock ready-made products, import them, or rely on mass production.
- Every order is sewn and finished by hand in our workshop in Poland.
- Every piece is made individually. Our range includes over 420 products, each made to order.
- If we tried to keep every possible variant in stock, we'd need a warehouse the size of several Olympic stadiums and around 490 years of work.
That individual approach is why every PRASKA piece is made with care, precision, and full attention, just for you and your cat.

Shipping costs and customs
Shipping cost depends on the destination country, package weight, and order value.
For orders shipped to the US via FedEx, customs duties are included in the shipping price.
For orders shipped outside the EU to other countries, customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges may apply, based on the destination country's regulations. These are paid by the buyer.
