BOW PLAY was designed first and foremost for kittens and smaller cats up to 9.9 lbs (4.5 kg). The compact structure gives a cat several different kinds of activity while taking up very little space.

The sloped felt-covered surface is for scratching and climbing, the bed on top is a spot to rest and watch the surroundings, and the bows made of durable fabric hanging beneath it invite the kitten to hunt, swat at them with a paw, and play.

BOW PLAY grew out of many years of experience as a pedigreed cat breeder and daily observation of how cats behave at different stages of their development. Every element has its job here, from the first attempts at scratching and climbing to play and rest.

The bed and its care

The bed is easy to take off and wash.

Machine wash at up to 86 °F (30 °C)
Spin at up to 800 rpm

The plywood only needs wiping with a damp cloth and then drying. Do not use products containing chlorine.

Natural or painted plywood

The structure of BOW PLAY is made of high-quality hardwood plywood, which is hand-sanded and painted.

Depending on the finish you choose:

natural plywood is protected with three coats of matte lacquer,
plywood in the chosen color is painted twice and then lacquered twice.

Wood is a natural material, so individual pieces may differ in grain pattern, shade, and natural features of the wood. That is why every product has its own unique pattern.

Yes. Many PRASKA products are designed specifically with large cat breeds in mind, such as Maine Coons, Ragdolls, Norwegian Forest Cats, Siberian Cats, and British Shorthairs. Our platforms, shelves, towers, and beds feature suitably larger surface areas, stable constructions, and durable materials. This ensures that a large cat can comfortably rest, turn around, stretch, and use the furniture without feeling restricted.

How do I choose the right product variant for a large cat?

Most PRASKA products are designed with large cats in mind, such as Maine Coons, Ragdolls, Norwegian Forest Cats, or Siberian Cats. All of our plywood furniture, shelves, platforms, cat trees, and towers are stable and adapted for everyday use by large cats. When choosing a product, you should primarily consider your cat's weight and size. A cat weighing up to 10 kg will feel comfortable on all PRASKA cat trees, shelves, and platforms. For beds, cat houses, and textile products, we recommend choosing larger variants. For cats weighing over 6 kg, it is best to choose models with a diameter of 50 cm or more. Smaller sizes, such as 40 cm or 45 cm, may prove too tight for large breeds. In our product descriptions, we always provide information about the dimensions and the recommended use for each model.
