Cat Playground

Cat playgrounds are multifunctional structures combining a scratching post, viewing platforms, ramps, and beds in one module - designed for cats that need intensive physical stimulation, especially breeds such as Maine Coon, Bengal, or Ragdoll. Every PRASKA playground is built from hardwood plywood with certified upholstery fabrics, platforms hold up to 110 lbs (50 kg), and the whole structure stays stable with 2-3 adult cats using it at once. The modular system lets you add pieces and swap beds, and you replace the felt on the scratching surfaces yourself, without taking the piece apart.

How the ARENA system works

ARENA is a modular plywood structure you adapt to your needs in three ways:

Plywood only - the basic structure, an open frame with no cover and no mat.
Plywood + sensory mat - an open playground, available in several color collections and patterns (including the pineapple mat, CATLANDIA, TWIST).
Plywood + cover - a closed den, the same module as the open playground with a textile roof added. It's the same product you'll also find in the cat dens and houses category.

Two size versions: ARENA standard and ARENA XXL, for large cats or several cats using the playground at once.

Customization and ARENA accessories

You can equip and refresh the inside of ARENA independently of the structure itself:

Replaceable mats - in several patterns and color collections, including a waterproof version as an extra protective layer under the main mat.
High nest - a bed added inside ARENA, in your choice of fabric and faux fur.
Covers in various collections - buy one separately if you want to turn an open playground into a closed den after your original purchase.

How many cats a playground works for

ARENA standard works well for one cat, or two smaller-breed cats sharing the space. ARENA XXL is designed with large breeds in mind (Maine Coon, Bengal, Ragdoll) and for households with several cats - the structure stays stable even with 2-3 adult cats using it at once. What's the difference between ARENA and ARENA XXL?

ARENA XXL has a larger surface and a sturdier structure, suited to large breeds or several cats using the playground at once. Everything else - the plywood, the optional mat, the optional cover - works the same way in both versions.

Can I buy the cover later if I start with just the mat?

Yes. Covers are sold separately in several color collections, so you can turn an open playground into a closed den whenever you like.

Are the sensory mats waterproof?

The main sensory mats - no. A waterproof mat is available separately, which you place as an extra protective layer under the main mat.

How many cats does one playground hold?

ARENA XXL stays stable with 2-3 adult cats using it at once. For more cats in the household, it's worth considering several playgrounds, or pairing one with a standing cat tree as an extra spot.
